Find the clarity and confidence to remain calm no matter what’s going on around you;
Develop the time and space to think clearly, even when under pressure.
NOTE We strongly recommend that you have attended Module 1: Introduction to Practical Mindfulness before you attend this module. If you have not, then either book online for that module, or you may purchase the Module 1: Live Recording and Module 1: Session Notes from the shop on this website. For those who have attended Module 1 before, the live recording and notes are recommended for review. There is also a guided audio of the Sensation Meditation available in the shop.
