Module 5: Presence & Flow for High Performance
Learn a mindfulness-based practice that will enable you to develop presence in a way that can activate and sustain the flow state!
Gain an understanding of the power of presence and the nature of flow;
Learn how to recognise – and how to activate – the state of flow;
Learn to integrate “making happen” versus “letting happen”;
Discover the main obstacle to remaining in flow when you find yourself in flow.
NOTE We strongly recommend that you have attended Module 1: Introduction to Practical Mindfulness before you attend this module. If you have not, then either book online for that module, or you may purchase the Module 1: Live Recording and Module 1: Session Notes from the shop on this website. For those who have attended Module 1 before, the live recording and notes are recommended for review. There is also a guided audio of the Sensation Meditation available in the shop.
