Online Course | Module 5 : Creating & Sustaining the State of Flow
By engaging in this module, you will learn some key Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), coaching and mindfulness-based practices. You’ll learn to apply them practically, and that will enable you to enter and sustain the flow state, that state of optimal experience where you are not only performing at your peak, but also lost in the enjoyment of it.
• Gain an understanding of the power of presence and the nature of flow;
• Learn how to recognise – and how to activate – the state of flow;
• Learn to integrate “making happen” versus “letting happen”;
• Discover the main obstacle to remaining in flow when you find yourself in flow.
This course consists of 11 lessons. The first few lessons help you to review your experiences and practices since module 4, then it moves into the meat of the subject, which is all about creating and sustaining the state of flow for high performance and optimal experience.
Your participation in this module will empower you to read your own motivation state and to know what to do to get you into that optimal “flow” state, anytime, anywhere. It will be the biggest leap you’ve made to date towards having that different, better experience of life!
As with the previous modules, each lesson consists of a combination of video, audioslide, pure audio, as well as reading(s) and/or written exercise(s). There are audio versions of the downloadable documents so you can listen to the reading instead, if that’s your preferred style.
